Return and Refund Policy

Because each of our items is custom-made and tailored specifically to your preferences, we have established the following refund and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all our valued customers.


Custom-Made Product Policy


No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is crafted with care and precision based on your specific requirements, and once the creation process begins, it cannot be undone or modified.


Order Confirmation


Order Verification: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the specifications of your custom product. Please review this confirmation carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are accurate before production begins. If there are any discrepancies or changes needed, contact us immediately.


Cancellations


Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at handmadebyhypenny@gmail.com within this timeframe. After 24 hours, the order will proceed to production and cannot be canceled or refunded.


Defective or Damaged Items


Quality Assurance: We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if deemed a manufacturing error, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.


Refunds


Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for orders that are canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window or for items that are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
